Mr. Toby Mountjoy is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over 25 years of experience working with individuals with ASD, he has been extensively trained by Dr. Ronald Leaf, Dr. Mitchell Taubman, and Dr. John McEachin. Besides overseeing the Autism Partnership operation in Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Kuwait, and Beijing, with over 500 staff, including psychologists, consultants, and therapists, he has also provided consultations to school districts, agencies, and families worldwide. Mr. Mountjoy has also contributed chapters to publications such as “Sense & Nonsense” and “It’s Time for School”. In 2007, he founded the charitable Autism Partnership Foundation and AP School to offer more services for children with Autism.

Ms. Kathleen Man holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She joined Autism Partnership in 1998 and has been extensively trained by Dr. Ronald Leaf, Dr. John McEachin, Dr. Mitch Taubman and under the guidance of Toby Mountjoy. She worked as a Clinical Supervisor, managing cases, parent support, setting up of 'Little Learners' a toddler preschool program and staff training at the Hong Kong Office. She has also participated in setting up and training overseas office Japan, Singapore, and Seoul.

Kathleen was also involved in the set up and registration of the first school in Hong Kong for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and took the role of Principal of Aoi Pui School when the school was registered in 2007. She was responsible for the school management, developing the school program, increasing awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder and the 'Autism Partnership Method' of ABA as well as providing professional training for over a hundred of therapists.

In 2019, she moved to London, and continues to support Aoi Pui School and Autism Partnership Foundation as a consultant in mentoring senior staff to take on leadership and supervisory roles. Kathleen is also the overseas Clinical Director of AP Manila where she is supporting the Program Coordinators and local staff.

Ms. Marian Mationg is a registered Psychometrician and holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology from De La Salle University-Manila. She is currently taking up her Masters in Clinical Psychology from the same university. She has been working with Autism Partnership Manila since 2017 – teaching learners from toddlers to young adults in one-on-one and group settings. While teaching, she was trained and supervised by behavioral consultants of AP while collaborating with other therapists to maximize the progress of our students.

She currently holds the position of Senior Case Supervisor in the organization. In this role, she oversees AP Manila's programs to ensure the effectiveness of teaching and therapy while regularly providing staff training. She also provides parent training to families and consultations with schools so that their learners may easily generalize the skills that they have been acquiring. She receives ongoing training from our Hong Kong consultant, Kathleen Man (Behavioral Consultant of AP and Clinical Director of AP Manila). Together with our consultant, she is responsible for designing highly individualized goal plans to create well-rounded programs including, but are not limited to, emotional regulation, self-help, social skills, functional academics, and pre-vocational skills for our students, while working closely with their families.

Ms. Ms. Kim Nieto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Beda College Alabang, Philippines. She is currently enrolled in a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and Childhood Clinical Disorder at Endicott College, Massachusetts, USA. She started her teaching career in 2012 as a special education teacher catering to students in a group setting with ages ranging from 3 to 15 years old. She then joined Autism Partnership in 2017 and began working as a Program Specialist. Kim has experience in working directly with children with autism, providing intensive early behavioral intervention in one-on-one and group settings.

As a Case Supervisor, Kim provides continuous supervision and staff training, conducts workshops and training for parents, caregivers, and other professionals. She also works with children on an individual basis. Kim is working closely with therapists, parents, and consultants to ensure the provision of the best possible service for the students of Autism Partnership Manila. She receives ongoing training and development under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Consultants and Overseas Clinical Director of the Philippines, Kathleen Man.

Ms. Christiansen Domingo is a licensed Psychometrician and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Developmental Psychology from Miriam College. Since joining Autism Partnership in 2016, she has been working with toddlers and other children up to early adolescence. She has also undergone intensive training and supervision under our experienced behavioral consultants of AP.

As Program Supervisor, she plans, guides, and leads the flow of therapy for the benefit of our learners and the betterment of our staff. To further the quality of our teaching, she provides regular supervision as well as parent and caregiver training. She also directly handles ABA therapy in both one-on-one and group settings for learners of various ages. Under the guidance of AP’s Overseas Behavioral Consultant and Clinical Director, Ms. Kathleen Man, Ms. Christiansen is also responsible for developing specialized programs and procedures that are specifically tailored for each of our learners.
